Olivier Toinet is mainly active in the field of litigation, in particular civil and administrative as well as in the field of company law and commercial law (with a specialization in art law). He joined Fontanet & Partners in June 2020 after having worked in a London firm (Joseph Hage Aaronson LLC) specialized in commercial litigation. Olivier Toinet also worked for two years as a law clerk within the Social Security and Public Health Division as well as in the Asylum law Division of the Swiss Federal Administrative Court. Previously, Olivier Toinet worked as an associate with Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd (banking and finance department) where he also completed his lawyer’s traineeship (litigation department). He passed the Bar exam in 2013 and studied at the University of Geneva. He also obtained a postgraduate diploma in art history from the University of London (Courtauld Institute of Art).
