Olivier Péclard
Olivier Péclard is specialized in business and tax law as well as in the field of international mutual assistance and international arbitration. He joined Fontanet & Partners in December 2019 after working as a partner with the firm Bonnant & Partners since its foundation in 1996. Olivier Péclard previously practiced with a major American law firm following his admittance to the New York Bar in 1987 and his L.L.M. from Duke University in 1986. Olivier Péclard obtained his law degree in Geneva in 1983.
