Steve Alder
Steve Alder is mainly active in the field of administrative and constitutional law, advising and representing both individuals and public authorities. He is involved in disputes relating in particular to construction law, spatial planning law, public procurement law, environmental law and public service law, as well as in appeal proceedings against normative acts. Steve Alder also assists his clients in civil and criminal litigation, particularly in the area of economic crime. He joined Fontanet & Associés to complete his internship in 2011, then as an associate since passing his bar exam in 2013. Steve Alder has been a partner since 2019. He studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva (bachelor in 2010 and master in 2011), he also holds a degree in international relations obtained in 2007.
